Managing Change

Course description: Learrn about the predictable patterns of change in organizations and how to effectively manage through the change process. Explore the personal and work group experience of change. Participants will come away with ideas for helping themselves and others anticipate and identify problems and devise workable transition strategies.

Who should attend: Supervisors, managers and team leaders who want to create positive outcomes for change efforts within their unit(s).
