"Leading through conflict"
Monday, November 9, 2009, 07:00 PM
Durell Center, Red Carpet Room

Being in a leadership position inevitably includes dealing with conflict. When the dust settles, however, will the leader be respected and admired for how s/he managed the conflict?

Since not every situation is the same, leaders should have a conflict management philosophy that guides them with grace through all situations. This session highlights essential skills for managing conflict that rest on a transformative philosophy.

Participants will assess their current conflict management skills, gain additional knowledge and skills, and hone their conflict management philosophy for a future of leading.
