Graduates of the 1980’s decade, please join your friends and fellow alumni for a great time celebrating Colorado State University and sharing memories from your college days.


1980’s Decade Dinner

Join fellow alumni from your graduation decade for a casual evening to enjoy one another’s company and to hear about some of the recent changes at CSU.

$10 for Alumni Association Members
$15 for Nonmembers and Guests

Dinner includes choices of:

-Salads:

Mixed Greens* 
Organic greens with Tomatoes, Red Onions, Cucumbers, and Black Pepper Croutons, tossed in Balsamic Vinaigrette

Caesar*  
Romaine with Parmesan, Kalamata Olives, White Anchovies, and Black Pepper Croutons

-Entrees:

Tomato-Braised Beef Short Ribs*
Rich Tomato Sauce, Red Pepper Polenta

Chicken Wellington
Rosemary Mushrooms, Chevre-Cream Cheese wrapped in Puff-Pastry with Grilled Chicken atop a bed of Sauteed Spinach

Fish & Chips  
Crispy with lightly-breaded Potatoes, Malt Vinegar Slaw, and spicy Creole Remoulade

Grilled Pork Chop Marsala
Buttered Carrots and Mashed Potatoes

New York Strip Steak
Blue Cheese-Bacon Sauce, Fresh-Cut Frits

Cinnamon Chocolate Gelato
