Mindful Stress Management
Friday, June 8, 2012, 11:00 AM
Johnson Hall, Room 129

The bad news is stress happens. The good news is our bodies are actually designed for stress. In fact, harnessed the right way, stress can actually help us grow.

The key is learning how to deal with stress, both in terms of our bodies and our minds. In this special workshop we’ll look at the biology of stress, including how our stress response is designed to help us, and simple ways we can work with that response.

You’ll learn powerful, practical steps for reducing the negative impact of stress including how the link between body, breath and mind can be used to transform your experience of challenges in your life. If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed by the challenges of your life, please join us. This workshop will give you proven, reliable tools for shifting your energy and your mindset.
