Preserve@Home is an online food preservation training for anyone in Colorado that has internet access and is interested in learning more about preserving foods whether they are a beginner or advance in the science of food preservation. Great information and tested recipes to download and tips and sharing with others online..... for participants to have for future references. Based on the Master Food Preserver Training but without the hands-on experiences. We do offer DVD's throughout the training to show visual learners how to do specific methods of preservation. Participants have from the starting date to the ending date to complete the training and receive a Certificate of Completion for Preserve@Home.

Online discussions are held on Thursdays from 12-1 pm.
