Special Course Fees due to CVMBS by COB
Starting in 2013, reviews/decisions of SCF submissions will take place at the May Board of Governors meeting…not the June meeting.
So the SCF Committee has time to review and prepare all documentation for the Board of Governors (agenda materials are due several weeks prior to the meeting), the due date for all fee requests will shift to February 1, or the nearest business day prior to February 1 (University Deadline). This includes New, Changes, and Cancellation requests.
Information that needs to be included:
*Complete the Old Cost and New Cost sections on page 2 (for changes)
*Provide detail in the Travel, Supplies, Services, and Equipment sections on page 2 – supplemental pages of explanation are encouraged
*Complete the Justification section on page 2 – supplemental pages of explanation are encouraged
*Provide background on how this activity (or supply, etc…) was previously funded (for new and changes, as applicable)
