Spotlight on CSU: Brewing Science at Colorado State University by John (Jack) Avens,

Dr. Avens will present on the senior level food science course that he is developing on the commercial brewing industry, using yeast to convert grains and hops from farm to table. Students learn how to brew, ferment, package, and evaluate beers and ales.
