International Cuisine Dining Series - India
The Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center presents the International Cuisine Dining Series: Travel around the world without leaving the kitchen! Join Michelle Milholland, MS, RD and CSU students for a culinary journey that spans several continents. In each class you will learn to make several nutritious dishes, and also explore the health benefits each traditional cuisine has to offer. Warm, fragrant spices are the highlight of this cuisine. Learn how to make your favorite Indian dishes, from entrée to dessert.
When: Friday, Jan. 20, noon-1 p.m.
Where: Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center, Room 114, Gifford Building on the CSU campus.
Cost: $20 per class ($10 for CSU students and employees) and includes recipes, education materials and lunch.
Register for all four of the classes in this International Cuisine series to receive a 20% discount! All classes are held Fridays 12-1 p.m. + optional 30-minute Q&A. Other classes include:
