Insights into ski mountaineering
Wednesday, November 30, 2011, 07:00 PM
TILT Building, Room 221

From Alaska to Mexico, Mongolia to Argentina, Russia to Chile...Jordan White, Caleb Wray, and Anton Sponar have skied in quite a few places.

On Wednesday, Nov. 30, they'll stop by Fort Collins to present a slideshow about their recent summit of Denali as well as the rest of their adventures skiing all over the world.

At age 23, CSU alumnus Jordan White became the youngest person to summit all 54 Colorado 14ers and ski back down them.

Caleb Wray is a published adventure photographer, intensely passionate about the outdoors.

Anton Sponar was a distinguished alpine racer at the University of Colorado who has taught skiing and works as a mountain guide both here in Colorado as well as in Chile.

Please join us when these three adventurers visit CSU to share tales, photos, and perhaps some insight into what drives them to succeed at a sport that few even attempt.

This is a FREE presentation, and anyone interested is welcome to attend.
