Guest Chef in the Aspen Grille
The students of the Hospitality Program at the Aspen Grille present award winning Guest Chef, Christopher Rybak, CEC.
As Executive Chef, he opened the Keystone Conference Center and has been Executive Chef at Alpenglow Stube, Der Fondue Kessel and the Timberridge Cafe. Rybak is currently Food and Beverage Director for Arapahoe Basin Ski Area. We are proud Chef Rybak will be featuring local foods for lunch in the Aspen Grille, located on the upper level of the Lory Student Center, on Friday, Oct. 28.
Guest Chef menu
The three course menu will feature Roasted Beet, Goat Cheese, and Arugula Salad, topped with Toasted Almonds and Red Wine Vinaigrette. Next, Braised Colorado Lamb Shanks with Mushroom Risotto. Dessert will be classic Crepes Suzette with Brown Sugar and Orange Glaze.
The price is $12.95. Reservations are suggested at 491-7006.
The Aspen Grille is closed on Mondays, and serves lunch from 11 to 1:15 Tuesday through Friday.
