Summer Day Camps-Power Up! (ages 10+)

Ever wonder what warms the sidewalk on a sunny day or what makes the lights in your house turn on? It’s all energy! In this camp we will learn about the different forms energy can take and the ways that we use it every day. We’ll also look to the future and how we might get our energy decades from now.

Summer camp programs take place at our E. Drake site and run 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. Summer Camps are $125 for current ELC members and $155 for non-members if registered by March 31st. After March 31st the price increases to $140 for members and $170 for non-members.

To register for Summer Day Camps, please visit our website. Directions to Drake Site-Head east on Drake Road. Approximately one mile after passing the intersection at Timberline, turn left on Environmental Drive. The road will cross a one-lane bridge and turn sharply to the south. Before making the sharp turn south, take a sharp left on the gravel road (you will see the ELC sign), crossing the railroad tracks. Programs meet in the parking lot.
