Calf to Brisket Dinner and Seminar SAVE THE DATE for the 2nd annual Colorado State University Cattlewomen’s Calf to Brisket Seminar and Dinner, September 22, in the Robert E. Taylor Auditorium of ARDEC, Fort Collins, Colo. Doors open and the Silent Auction begins at 5 p.m. Seminar Topics: Cow/calf management, Feedlot management, Meat Safety Seminar,  followed by “Cowhand for a Day.” Auction Tickets are $15 (Student tickets are $10). Business Casual Dress RSVP to Sara McCurley at 970.640.3863 by September 15, 2006. CSU Cattlewomen’s hosts this event to positively promote all aspects of the beef industry is Colorado.
